Showing citrus, tropical fruits and mineral tones.  Long, elegant and crisp acidity that ligers on the aftertaste.

Conto Vecchio Pinot Grigio – Italy
Floral nose of Jasmine and honeysuckle that is fresh and zesty on the palate.  Good structure with hints of pear and almonds on the finish.

Satelllite Sauvignon Blanc – Malborough, New Zealand
A vibrant wine with lively aromas of citrus, overlaid with tropical fruit that has a refined and elegant finish.

Peth-Wetz Estate Riesling – Rheinhessen, Germany
A dry Riesling with a delicate fragrance of white peaches, apricot and juicy pears.  There is a clear streak of acidity that keeps the wine extremely lively in both expression and elegance.<

The Bulletine Zindandel Rose – California
This has plenty of Raspberry and watermelon fruit flavours.  Juicy and light, it has bright acidity on the finish.

Alto Bajo Merlot – Chile
Lots of Ripe, plumy fruit flavour which are balanced by a little bit of oakiness which adds some sweeter, vanilla flavours.

Ripe blackcurrant and plum fruit with a hint of eucalyptus and toasty oak spice.  Flavours of ripe red cherries and blackberries with note of pepper, frigs and a smooth finish.

Darcy’s is still open adhering to governmental guidelines and advice from Hospitality Ulster.  This includes space between tables that dine with us, single use menus, improved cleaning procedures and checklists and aiming to reduce cash payments.  Some, regardless of their fears, offer vital support to the most vulnerable in society and until told otherwise, we will continue to open & hopefully offer a welcoming haven for those who need it.
